Scope

This policy applies to paid routine planning services provided by Clearingrefine.

Cancellation before delivery

If a service is canceled before custom deliverables are prepared, partial or full return eligibility may apply based on completed work and booked session time.

After delivery

Because planning materials are customized digital services, returns are generally not available after delivery unless required by applicable law.

Rescheduling

One session reschedule is generally available with at least 24 hours notice. Additional changes may require a revised timeline.

How to request a review

Email support@clearingrefine.world with your name, booking details, and request reason. We review requests case by case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Recordkeeping

Transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, legal, and compliance purposes according to applicable requirements.
